Question

I have been getting this message for weeks.  I am able to log in on my phone, but it will not connect with facebook.  I have tried logging out multiple times and deleting and reinstalling apps, but nothing seems to correct the issue.  Please assist.

Hi Holly, sorry to hear about your issue.  Have you been able to get in yet?  Have you tried to uninstall Facebook and try to install it again.  That might be the help that you need to get back in the game.  Please let me know if uninstalling Facebook helped you.  Just please make sure not to uninstall the game unless it's a last resort because on a mobile device you would lose all your boosters since they are usually saved on that device.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling both facebook and the app.  Neither has worked.  I am actually getting the error message on my laptop computer.  I am able to use the app on my phone, but it will not connect to facebook.
