I just competed 563 and even used some of my gold bars to do it and it did not advance me, WHY?

I had to play 563 twice now on 566 and won it but it did not take me to the next level.  WHY.

I am playing on my computer and tablet. Computer though Facebook and tablet though an app. First time on my computer second time on my tablet. I did 562 levels and did not have this problem.
