Hi Gerri, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? The only way that the studio might consider changing a level is when quite a few players post here on King Care. You are the only person so far saying that it's an issue so I don't foresee this being changed in the near future.
