I have lost all my boosters and other items won
I have lost all my boosters and other items won when I downloaded the game on my new phone. Please give them all back to me. I have sent you 2 emails without a response. I think this is poor customer service as I have been playing this game for a very long time and up to level 1285. Not happy!

Hi there, sorry for the delay in responding. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
