Backpack/sweet supplies bag not showing

I have two devices with candy crush, one from years ago (updated to latest) and a new one. The older account for some reason does not have the backpack. For example, on the map page on the newer account I can see the backpack, wheel, and trophy, however on the older account I only see the wheel and trophy, both accounts are level ~140ish. I thought the problem could be to do with the other account has no gold so I bought the piggy bank and now have 60 gold but still no backpack. How can I make it appear?

I have the same problem. I have an iPhone X. My partner has an Samsung Galaxy S7.

On hers she has a sweet supplies inventory bag on the side. Along with two other tabs.

Yet on mine there is only the two other tabs. No sweet supplies inventory bag.

My version is the latest. I checked.

What is going on???

p.s I use the Australian App Store. She uses the Indonesian App Store.
