Did you close the envelope and at some point close the game? And are you playing on the windows app version or through Facebook itself or on the King.com site? I only ask this because windows is having connecting to Facebook problems at the moment
I understand that.... the lives i was talking about are the ones i havent accepted yet.....
Hi Brandy, on computers the game works slightly differently from the mobile devices. When you are sent lives on computer, once you have accepted them, they are not saved. You can only have 5 lives at a time
