Not receiving email to reset password

I installed Bubble Witch 3 Saga onto my computer and wanted to log into my King Account, which is set up with my email address.  I thought I knew my password, but I did not.  I have sent several requests through the app to reset my password but have not yet received any links.  This happened one other time and I had to log out of Candy Crush also, so I did that.  But this time it has not worked, and now I can't log back into either of my games and get my progress back.  

I have done the following:

Unistalled and Re-installed app

Checked my spam folder (nothing there)

Tried signing in through my facebook acct, but since I never did it before, it brings me back to level 1.

What else can I do?  Please help!!

    Good evening and thank you for posting on King care. 

    I am going to pass this one onto the moderating team, it sounds like its being blocked somewhere possibly, but they might have more of an idea :)

    I have not received any response/help with my problem yet...  I am sad because I am unable to log in to my progress on both of my games, so I am not playing at all.

    I'm also having the same experience.  I forgot my password, wanted to switch over to another account where i knew my password but when i logged out (and the message assured me my "progress is saved") and tried to register to a new account, I lost all of my progress.  I tried to use the reset password to get an email to reset it but I have not received the email yet.  Please help!
