My 8 lives don't refresh I only have 5 now

I purchased extra live so I would always have 8 however lately when I turn on my game on my PC there are only 5 lives. Where have the lives I brought gone? My player ID is 1120952611.

 Something happened with the messages when they integrated the old 
system into this new community so your message just showed up today.

Playing the game now you will only ever have 5 lives when you open the game and when you run out and add the lives that your friends gave you please make sure to only check off 5 at a time because it will only reload up to 5 lives at a time.
