I was on level 3200 something this morning and suddenly I'm set back at 2825 with the old version.

Question

Why am I set back and how can I fix that? I haven't uninstalled any programs or changed any settings. Just didn't play for some hours and when I reload now I'm at 2825 and it doesn't change. It shows a message box with "Find out more", when I click on it, it sends me to this link https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/is-your-browser-ready-for-html5 . There I clicked on the html5test.com link and it's just loading something- but no results.

Now my game is back on the new version, yesterday suddenly everything was OK, don't know how, because I haven't changed anything on my computer.

First, my name is Liina. Second, this didn't change anything, even downloaded Chrome again and still when I load the game, it is on level 2825. I have all necessary updates and installations, but still can't get to my righ level. On my workcomputer I'm on the right level, but at home suddenly not. Would like to know why. My browser is up to date and I'm using Chrome. Everything is as it should be except the game level.
