Hi. I have had the unfortunate discovery that my child has racked up nearly £163.43 charges using my mobile phone provider EE to buy candy crush lives. This was from 29.05.2018 to 20 June 2018.I am very upset as this will be a massive phone bill.Please can you refund £163.43 to me before 24 June 2018. This is when my phone bill is going to be created and VAT added on. I really cant afford this amount and need to pay my bills. I am so upset.
