Candy Crush 3388 glitch! King is not fixing it on my game! Time to quit?

There is definitely a glitch on my this level! King is only using automatic answers to my mail and not fixing the problem. How is it not a glitch when you cannot even break the clock with 7 hits? Also, the clock is producing triple blocks each time. How am I able to clear it in time? It is also producing at such a fast rate. Please check on my Game since I don't see others having the problem with this level.

I’m having the same issue... when I watch demos using no boosters I see they have 15 moves and the mixers are never creating thicker bricks for them to tear down. Meanwhile, mine has 20 moves but it’s creating triple thick bricks after only two moves and it’s impossible to pass. Very frustrating. I like a challenging level, but no patience for one that is just impossible

Did you check if an update is available in the App Store? This is often the problem if the app is not up to date.

Is there a coding problem  with level 3388? I just two weeks with this level with no luck.
