I downloaded the game a new phone. I logged in with a facebook account. my game was restored but the prizes I won did not come back. I want urgent help. I have been playing this game for a long time
Hello there. I won these prizes every day by playing this game. How is it that my awards are only on my old phone. really this is ridiculous. why are not the prizes being transferred when the account is transferred to the new phone?
Ertugrul, it is because the boosters are stored locally in the memory on the phone, not on the site. So when you change phones, the boosters are still on the old phone's memory. As I said, this was just brought up amongst the SuperStars and the Moderators, and it has been passed on to King developers too. I hope they figure out a way to transfer boosters too. Unfortunately, boosters are stored on the device you had them on so you can play it offline. When you switch to another device, the boosters are no longer there because it is a different device. We were just talking about this with the Moderator, and it has been forwarded to the Team for consideration. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
