App crashed my phone at level 3399 and lost all my help

Today while playing Candy Crush on my phone the app crashed. It was not only the app but the phone crashed as well. Not sure what went wrong there. I had just started level 3398 and the phone crashed. After restart I went back to the game and found that I have lost all my Color bombs, Jelly fish and Stripes and Wraps that I had collected so far on this device.Can you please help get back my Color bombs, Jelly fish, Stripes and Wraps and all the other "helps" that I had. Even my UFOs, free switch and lollipop hammers are lost. I have no help left at all.

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
