Pop up on my husbands Candy Crush

My husband was just playing Candy Crush on his iPad on the app - he had a pop up that looked like any other Candy Crush screen saying "how to last longer in bed"  How on earth has this just happened?

The app my husband was using is the same one he has had on his iPad for years so I doubt that it was fake. Any news?
