My candy crush saga won't open on my game since update today on iPad June 25/2018.

Question

After the update on my iPad for candy crush was finished, I tried to play and this is when I found that it did open the game, however, it's another friends game that opens? How can this happen! When I scroll up on my friends game progress map, I can find my name and picture of where I am on the map, but of course the map won't let me click on my name to open it up that way. This friend has never even been on my iPad hahaha! I'm on level 2651 and he's down at level 2425. I don't want to lose all my boosters and lives that I have earned, so what can I try? I've turned off iPad and restarted, didn't work. I've tried opening my game from facebook and other apps pages, didn't work. Keeps opening up my friends game. I love playing the game, so I hope there is something I can do to fix this strange problem. Keep me posted please. Hope this can get fixed real soon. Thanks, I hope

Hi gailhop7, that is the weirdest glitch that I ever heard!  Definitely do not uninstall until everything else doesn't work!  Can you log out of Facebook and log back in?  That might resolve it.  If it doesn't then can you log out of Facebook and log into the Kingdom to see if it works from there?  Please follow the steps from this link:  https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it

You might as well get your user ID # while you are there.  But I want to see if logging into the Kingdom gets you back on track.  If not, then I'm going to suggest that you write a message at this link:  https://care.king.com/en/contact

Give them your user ID # and they will be able to look into your account and get you back on track.  And always make sure that you clear out the history on your iPad daily because if it is a glitch and you don't clear it out then it's going to keep going back to that.

Hi Elsa. I tried signing out of Facebook and it didn't work. I've also logged back into King, didn't work either. I'll also clear my history and see if that works.My user ID is 510936052. Isn't this the strangest glitch ever! Any more advice would be appreciated.Thanks
