Lost progress after facebook sync and iPhone

I was at level 494 and "synced" to facebook as backup.  However, once changed to new iPhone and logged in, I am on level 6.  Please help!

Hi Arthurlam3, sorry for the delay in responding.  Progress is no longer handled here in the forum.  Please follow this link:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep  See if their troubleshooting helps.  If not, when you go to the last paragraph there is a link that you can click on and post your question there.  Someone will send you an email and will try to get you back on track.
