Yes the ticket is under lost progress and has number 6995203 and is from 1 July I think.

I even redid it with Swedish language as well the other day so there's a second ticket with 7049146. Also under lost progress but the Swedish site.

This is really important so that your message lands in the correct place.

I followed your link. I then got an email from Anna (a bot) describing my problem right. I followed the instructions, creating a profile and then replied to the email which was then gonna have someone get my levels back. However after replying to the mail I've got no further response and nothing has happened in my game play. This was done two weeks ago. I then wrote another reply and now a third but still no response after the initial bot message. What to do?
