Hello Anna. Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game? This seems to be a fix for this issue, but I do have to warn you that all the accumulated lives and boosters and event places, etc. will be lost if you do this. The Studio is aware of the issue and is working on a fix for it, but the troubleshooting seems to work for most people. Thanks for writing and have a great one!

It's ok. If you are connected to the Kingdom or to FB then you'll be put back on the level you'd been at previously. If you aren't connected then there is no way to save the level you'd been on and you'll get sent back to level 1. Hope that helps!Hello Anna. Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
