After a technical glitch where my two games merged I have lost all my lives and boosters . Have tried everything ... re-loaded the game , re-loaded Facebook . Nothing seems to help ... please help

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
