i couldn’t get my treats after finishing an episode. Deleted app and restored. No lives. Restored again and lost everything, back to level 1. I was on level 803(?) and have spent a lot of money on piggy banks, etc. please help. Pbudnick15@gmail.com

Hi Paula, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. I do not know if you are aware that if you are playing your game on a mobile device and you delete the app you will lose all boosters and lives that you have accumulated. I am going to give you a form that you would need to complete to try to get your progress back. Tell them what level you ended with and they will get your back on track. Here it is: https://care.king.com/en/contact and maybe if you throw a pretty please their way they can offer some boosters but I can't guarantee that they will do that. It doesn't hurt to try.
