Your Advertisements

Question

I bought the remote control car from your advertiser LUCKKY STORE.  It is not no where near as advertised.  I contacted them immediately to return it and they have not answered any emails.  Can you help?

Hi RandyGriffiths, sorry for the delay in responding.  Those advertisements have nothing to do with King.  You will have to write to LUCKKY STORE's customer service.  If you don't get any answer from them then I would write to the Better Business Bureau and report them.

How is it that the advertisements within the game have nothing to do with the game?  They are obviously not getting to display their ads for free.  King is most likely getting paid for these advertisements.  So I would think that King would care if their customers are being ripped off and want to ensure it does not happen to other loyal customers instead of just collecting the money and not caring about its clientele.  I guess you will just continue to collect ad payments and not care about your clients.   Now that is bad business.
