I finished an episode (800), wasn’t able to collect the treats and lost my lives. Tried to restore and lost everything, putting me back to level 1. Help, please

Hi Paula, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? Do you still need help? Were you playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress. Unfortunately on a mobile device you can lose your boosters. If you need help getting back to level 800 then I am going to ask you to get your user ID #. If you haven't played through Facebook or the Kingdom, I am going to suggest that you start a Kingdom account by reading the information from here: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/how-to-create-and-sync-a-kingdom-account
Once you have this account, here is a link on how to get your user ID # - https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it . You can skip the beginning if you just started an account and scroll right down where it tells you where the number is located.
Come back here with your user ID # and I will give you further directions on how to get your progress back.
