Can you restore my lives?

my game has been restored to original level but i still have no lives (and i had a lot)

Hi Paula, when playing the game on a mobile device, any crashes, IOS updates or game updates can cause you to lose your lives and boosters because they are saved just on your device so that you can play the game offline.
