my facebookgot hacked and i had to delete...i was on level 3500 and even though same email address it restarted me at level 1

Hi Sandra, sorry for the delay in responding but yes your progress can be restored! Have you been playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress? If not, can you start a Kingdom account? You can read about it here: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/how-to-create-and-sync-a-kingdom-account
Once you have your account set up, you will need to get your user ID #. Here is a blog on that but scroll down to the bottom where it shows you have to retrieve the number: https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it
Once you get the number, you are going to complete the form on this webpage: https://care.king.com/en/contact
You will give them your user ID # and the level that you were on. They can access your account and bring you back up to your current level. If you need any further help, please let me know.
