I still cannot log into candy crush saga on a family ipadair.

Only one family member can use our ipadair to sign into candy crush saga using Facebook.Nobody else can sign in, we’ve exhausted the options provided in previous questions.Has this happened to you?  This needs to be escalated to administration level.I purchased ninety nine dollars in gold bars to purchase boosters, now I can’t sign in to use them.  This doesn’t make any sense. Has king blocked my family by IP address?  Can they do this?  Why is only one family member able to sign in?  Thank you.

Hi Sharla, thank you for writing us here at King Care.  This family member needs to sign out of her Facebook account and then please clear the history on your iPad.  Then please shut down the device, wait 10 seconds and then open it again.  Open up the game and log into your account.  Please let me know if it takes you back into your account.  This troubleshooting usually works but if you still have the same issue, please write back and I can ask the Superstars if anyone has seen this issue before and how it got resolved.

Thank you Elsa. When I cleared my safari, I lost my way back to here. Just figured it out now. I did this before and it didn’t work, but for some unknown reason, thank goodness this time worked. Appreciate your comments and directions. Now tell me how to get through candy crush saga 2608? I’ve played it over 100 plus times and still no luck. I use my boosters and buy more, but I’m done purchasing anymore boosters on this one. Wish me luck. I’ve never tried so many times on any other level ever as this one....so frustrating.
