Hello...my wife used my Facebook account to synchronise Candy Crash progress...now she has her own Facebook account.
Can I transfer game progress to her FB account?

Follow the steps on this link: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep If nothing works then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. Include her user ID # and level and they can manually add her progress.

Hi kalafan, was she using her own Facebook email address/password when she was playing it? If she was playing on your Facebook account the progress doesn't transfer if she now has her own Facebook account. But this is what we can try to do. Does she remember what level she was at? She needs to get her user ID # and here is some information to do that.
