Playing level 839 I noticed that after completing level 837 en 839 the giftboxes do not open. How is this possible and how can this be fixed? I'm playing this game on my phone.
Hey both... just sneaking in. The reason the boxes are not opening is because somewhere there is a level the game thinks you haven’t completed. You need to look back and find one without stars. Usually it’s the level the game keeps opening at even if you have passed it, but can be before

I can give you the link to follow for the level progress issue, too. Level Issues You can scroll down to the bottom, and there is a contact link there where you can explain what happened. They may even be able to fix the gift box issue at the same time, since it seems like they are related. I wish you the best of luck and it has been so nice meeting you.
Hello Laura, because of the problem I'm having with the giftboxes not opening (or this is a new problem) my candy crush soda game is stuck on level 845. This level is completed but is not going to level 846. So I'm not able to play at all anymore. Also the giftbox of level 845 did not open. I hope you are able to fix this anytime soon. I miss playing candy crush soda
