Why does the switch feature suddenly take a move off what I have left? If I'm getting and using a bonus, this shouldn't take a move from you as well.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
