Switch takes move off what's left in game

Why does the switch feature suddenly take a move off what I have left? If I'm getting and using a bonus, this shouldn't take a move from you as well.

Hello Sheena. As far as I know, using a booster should not take moves off your total. I have no idea why this happened, and I will ask the Moderator to look at this for you. Thanks for writing and have a great day.
