everytime I pass an episode I never receive my gold bars or boosters you give. Its not fair..

Everytime I pass an episode I am suppose to be getting gold bars and boosters.  I havent received any of them.  Im tired of not receiving them.  This is the 4th time or 5th time already I havent gotten them.  I deserve them.  You take my money when I buy, but you wont give them when I pass...Please submit at least 40 gold bars into my account.  Thank you...
