Desperate to re-access my Game

Hi. I am Level 684 playing candy crush on my mobile and computer thru my facebook account. Recently I had to erase my data off my mobile and go back to factory reset. Now when I access C Crush thru Facebook on my mobile phone it has taken me back to Level 1.  How can I re- access my Level 684 game which I can still play on my computer back to my mobile phone?

Hi Bel, since you were playing the game through Facebook your progress has been saved.  Let's try some troubleshooting first.  Clear the history on your device.  Shut down your device, wait 10 seconds and then open it again.  Open the game and log out of Facebook and then log back in.  It should bring you back to your level, but if it doesn't please let me know and I can offer further direction.
