My phone was damaged and replaced. I would like the boosters I purchased reinstated. I have screenshots with inventory. Can I send them ?

To Tim, yes, when you follow that link that my fellow SuperStar and friend has posted, they can assist you in getting all those back. Just make sure you explain that you had bought these boosters and you should be good to go. I hope they get this fixed for you quickly so you can use your boosters!
The only thing that doesn't get transferred when you change devices is boosters, unless you have bought them. You do have to go here Purchase Issues to let them know what happened, but they will be restored. We can't do that because they need account info for it. Anything you have bought will show on your account, including gold bars. As for progress, they can do that here Contact King. They can only restore the levels with 2 stars, but you will get back to where you were. Please let me know how this turns out for you. Thanks again and have a great day.
All other data, progress, and purchases transferred in other games. King is ripping people off. I'm done with ALL King games.
Hi again Tim. I have been playing for years and have gotten the Jackpot only twice in all that time, so the chances are very low. I have suggested that they change the algorhythm to make it so players have a better chance, but they didn't listen. Keep playing and good luck to you!
I won't be spending any more money on this game. The money I spent in the past is what got me the boosters I had. I used Smart Switch which is supposed to transfer all data to new phone. This is a ripoff. Another issue, I've spun the wheel almost every day for over 5 years and never got the jackpot. What are the chances? I'm going to uninstall.

Tim, once you switch devices, any boosters on the old device are lost because they are stored locally on the phone or tablet, etc. I can ask. Thanks for writing and have a good day.
