Cannot get Facebook connection within app.

Have you ever played the game through the Kingdom? You can log out of Facebook and then log into the Kingdom to see if that works for you. The steps on this blog refer you to get your user ID # but if you follow the same steps it will take you into the Kingdom. See if that syncs your progress.

Thanks, but as expected playing online kept me at 362. Again, I wouldn’t expect it to work because there’s no way for the app on my iPhone to connect to the server to let it know what level I’m at. If someone from King could PLEASE reset my levels to 534.

It didn’t work. Still at 362.

I wouldn’t expect it to work because the app on my iPhone is not connecting to the servers. There’s no way the app on my iPad would know what level I’m at. Thanks though.

HI Larry, please go back to level 362 and you can see that there are no stars on it. Please replay the level and refresh the game and it should bring you back up to your current level. This has worked for several players who posted this recently here so let's see if it works for you.

Actually, it is not. If I log in to the app on my iPad it is at level 362. However, I am much further along on my phone, now at 501. Once I delete the app on my phone, reinstall, and log in, it will also put me back to 362. There, please get me back to 501. Thanks.

Please note the boosters saved to your device will be lost, however should there be a problem with your levels please let me know and I will be sure to add the levels to your account again.
I think that once you are able to successfully log in again you will find your levels all still there.

I know I will lose the progress because when I logged in to the game on my iPad it was at level 364, not 444. I do not want to lose the boosters I have saved - can't those be replaced? I can send you a screen shot to show what I have saved.
