loss of lives

Today I set up my new computer.Everything boosters,gold bars etc. was all the same but I had 797 lives on my old computer. On my new computer I now stand at 15. Since everything else is the same obviously I am still using the same account. This is a lot of lives to lose & is not only unfair to me but to my teammates waiting for me to return requests. I would greatly appreciate having these lives returned to me. All my other games were not changed just candy crush.

Hi jiffylady1, I believe that when you set up a computer lives don't transfer over from one computer to another.  Similar thing happens when playing on a mobile device. I am sorry but King cannot restore lost lives not because they don't want to do it but I think because it can't be done.
