On my last move in level 1264 I crossed a striped candy frog with a wrapped candy. It did the animation for clearing 3 rows and 3 columns. This should have dropped the last ingredient, but the candies didn't actually clear (even though it had done the animation). I added 5 moves and as soon as I went back into the game, before I used any moves, the candies cleared and I passed the level.
