    Hi Tse, I just answered one of your questions regarding this less than 5 minutes ago.  Lives are lost usually on a mobile device when you change to a new device, any crashes, any operating systems update or any new game updates.  King cannot restore lost lives which I mentioned in the previous question that you wrote.
