Louise Andrews Lost all progress after attempting to log in via Facebook. How do I get it back?

i had a prompt to login in via Facebook. When I did all progress (years of) is lost. Logging in again is not working, I did get a reply (from king care) and tried following steps, but still only get level 1. My email address is lou_in_australia@hotmail.com I don't know my game ID - I need more help to recover progress please
