Hi Tessa, was she playing the game without Facebook and then signed on to Facebook? When you play the game through Facebook the entire time your progress gets saved but if you suddenly just sign into the game using Facebook it is recognizing it as just playing the game for the first time. Yes we can get your mother back on track and I will elevate this to a King Admin. She might be gone for the day and won't be back in the office until the beginning of the week but I will leave the message for her.
