I played to level > 2k without login facebook but one day i login with my facebook and back to level 1. All previous progress is lost. Can you please help?

Hi Khang Bui, if you don't play through Facebook or the Kingdom then your progress is not saved. So when you go into Facebook it will take you to level 1 as it doesn't know that you played the game before. I will forward this message to a King Admin that might be able to get you back on track. She probably left for the day so she might not get back to you until the beginning of the week.
