My browser is HTML5 compatible as per the website test and also its upto date as per this link whatismybrowser.com/w/2MHRPSA, but I am not able to play the latest levels on Facebook, your game asks me to update the browser. My system runs on OSX 10.13.6. Please help?
Hi Andy, are you using Chrome to play the game? Your game went back to the old version. I am going to give you some information to try to get you back on track.

If that doesn't work and you are using Chrome then follow these steps:
You need to go into the Chrome/Settings/Advanced/Cookies area and look for cookies that include "candycrushsaga". Just delete them. Restart Chrome. You will not lose boosters or other game settings.
Please let us know if either of these work for you.
