Bubblegum Hill

I have been emailing customer care for over 6 months that I have not had bubblegum Hill which is my absolute favorite part of the game, and the response I get is always the same to uninstall and reinstall the game while I've done that a million times. On my daughter's iPhone she has all new features and always has bubble gum hill.. I have a new upgraded Samsung Galaxy phone and yes the new features would be helpful but I really just want my bubblegum Hill back please help!!

It is absolutely no problem at all Averenini! I have asked the Moderator about this, so I hope on Monday that she will come here and maybe give her feedback also to this issue. Maybe she can give us some better answers too. I am sure you miss Bubblegum Hill and I will do my best to see if I can get it back for you. Have a wonderful day!

Yes I have tried that I feel I have tried everything I possibly can and I have emailed customer care numerous times with no luck I actually even realized that when I sign in on my account on my daughter's iPhone I don't have any of the upgrades on her phone either so it's my personal account that just isn't allowing the new boosters, etc etc. Although it would be nice to have all the new upgrades, I really really just miss my bubblegum Hill! I used to get it every couple days and I would play it non-stop it's my absolute favorite part, so thank you so much for trying to help I really really truly appreciate it and I hope this finally solved my problem thanks again!!

Hello Averenini. I am not sure how they determine who gets the events like Bubblegum Hill, but I know it is somewhat random. If you have had it before, then you should have gotten it again within 6 months for sure. Have you tried clearing the History/cache on your device to see if it pops up for you?
