why do I only have 14 moves?

there is no possible way for me to pass this level with 14 moves. others have 21 moves. what is going on??

Hi reenie, thank you for writing us here at King Care.  There are quite a few players writing here complaining about the levels not having enough moves.  The studio is aware of this and I have been creating a list of complaints every weekend and then forward it to them on Monday.  I will add this message to this weekend's list.  Hopefully they resolve this real soon.
