Where are my lives in candy crush soda?

I mistakenly deleted the game. I always had a continuous amount of 29 lives. After I deleted app from iPhone and reinstalled it I had no lives at all. I then would not receive any lives. After about two and a half weeks I acquired 9 lives. That is it. I love this game because of the way the lives are set up. On my iPad I still get the usual 30 lives and usually by the time I play out about 5 games I get them back due to friends. I have uninstalled several times. I am not happy! My iPad is old and keeps shutting down.

Hi Stephanie, thank you for writing us here at King Care.  Unfortunately when you play the game on a mobile device the boosters and lives are saved to your device so that you can play the game offline.  Because of that when you uninstall the game or there is a crash or an update to the IOS operating system you can lose these lives and boosters at any time.  King suggests that you don't accumulate them for this reason.

Also I wanted to make you aware that getting and receiving lives is a big glitch on mobile devices at the moment.  It's not a King issue but a Facebook issue because other non-King games are reporting the same thing.  I wrote to Facebook and I'm waiting for them to fix it.
