Updated browser to use HTML5. Levels don't go past 2825. I'm on 3570. Can't play the game at all.

Question

Everything was fine until this morning.  I'm on Level 3570 but now I'm told to update my browser to support HTML5.  It was confirmed that I'm all set.  I can't even get in to play on my laptop.  Looks like many others are having the same issue and no one has an answer.

Hi debsmitt, are you trying to play the game on Windows 10?  The new episode on Windows 10 has not been released yet because Microsoft has to update their end before King can release anything.  From what I heard it might not be available until the beginning of next week.

Hi Elsa.  I am playing on Windows 7 and should be on Level 3570.  I can't even get into the game.
