How do you pass Level 3540 without boosters?

Level 3540 on Candy Crush Saga is impossible. This is an excerpt from the blog Candy Crush Saga All Help... "Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3540 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie. Level 3540 is a dual task level, you have to collect the 4 ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level. You don't have to worry too much about the ingredients, if you clear the jelly they will be collected so concentrate on clearing the blockers and jelly using any combos you can make. Level 3540 may be possible without boosters but I haven't been able to do it and at the moment there are no videos on YT made without boosters. To clear the jelly without boosters you are going to need a lot of luck and plenty of patience so I would suggest you go back to level 3246 and play it a few times to get the helmet or spacedash boosters before you start. Get the colourbomb and wrap side by side and switch them to give you a good start. You could also try starting the level with a jelly fish booster as this may help clear the jelly. The video below by Kazuohk uses boosters."

Since I don't have the Space Dash or Helmet, never have, how do I pass this level?

The space dash or helmet offers a free reward when you clear a level on the first try.  You have to keep clearing each new level on the first try to continue getting the rewards.  If you do the sugar drop challenge you can accumulate up to 26 free boosters daily and then you can play the levels where you need these boosters.
