Purchase 6.99 only received the gold bars.

I just bought the 6.99 bundle of 50 gold bars + a mystery box + assorted candies and helps, but only got the 50 gold bars, that I could have purchased for 4.99 this has happen at least 3 times in the last year. You would think I’d wise up. Seemed like to much of a hassle to find customer service until now.

I haven't gotten any new levels in about 2 months.
Hi all, i haven't been getting any new levels in about 2 months. I am stuck on 20,525 with no new levels while my friend is almost at 20,800. I followed all of the tips in the FAQ. Is this normal? When can I expect new levels? Thanks.

Udah 3 hari " due to connection issues, we couldn't verify its status, and let you know when connection is restored" kata ini selalu muncul, padahal koneksi internet lancar dan bagus. Tolong diperbaiki lagi, kami mau beli emas tapi tidak bisa karena masalah itu.

Impossible to pass high levels
it is impossible to pass 19096 without spending money. The rules keep changing to make the highest levels impossible. king stop being so greedy or lose all your players!
