Boosters not working. I’m in level 640

Question

So I’ve been playing the game for a while now and my boosters haven’t still been activated. I’m currently in level 640 but I can’t still use them. Each time I click on them they say they have not been activated. I need help activating them. I can’t use the color bombs, etc

I hope that you can upload it here because I want to notify a King Admin that this has happened to you and how it can be fixed.
