This level requires removing 15 choclate squares but on destroying them, the counter isn't decreasing. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app to ensure I have the latest version and the issue still exists. Playing this on Samsung S8.

Hi Andy, thank you for writing us here at King Care. I just searched here on King Care to see if anyone else is reporting this as a glitch but nothing yet. Can you possibly do a print screen and upload it here so that I can get a better idea of what's going on? It might be a new glitch starting. In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
II have been playing this level since 3 days now and I have not been able to pass so I need assistance
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?
