This level requires removing 15 choclate squares but on destroying them, the counter isn't decreasing. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app to ensure I have the latest version and the issue still exists. Playing this on Samsung S8.

Is it a glitch or a bug?

Hi Andy, thank you for writing us here at King Care. I just searched here on King Care to see if anyone else is reporting this as a glitch but nothing yet. Can you possibly do a print screen and upload it here so that I can get a better idea of what's going on? It might be a new glitch starting. this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
