This level requires removing 15 choclate squares but on destroying them, the counter isn't decreasing. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app to ensure I have the latest version and the issue still exists. Playing this on Samsung S8.

Hi Andy, thank you for writing us here at King Care. I just searched here on King Care to see if anyone else is reporting this as a glitch but nothing yet. Can you possibly do a print screen and upload it here so that I can get a better idea of what's going on? It might be a new glitch starting. As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
