I tried to connect with Facebook and it starts me at level 1 ugh!!!! Help!!!!

Hi Deb,
If you were logging in with a Facebook or King account your progress will have been saved on the servers. You just need to log in with the same account you used on your previous phone.
If you are still having issues please see this blog here for the steps to follow. The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)If you are not able to restore your own levels, please see the contact form at the end of the Blog, be sure to select "Lost Progress" as the reason of contact.
