Candy crush saga and soda running in slow motion (iphone x)

Question

At first it was just Candy Crush Soda saga for a few weeks, but today the original Candy Crush Saga started running in slow motion too. It’s to the point where I can’t even play anymore. The only one left working is Jelly Saga and I’m sure it’s only a matter of time. I’ve reinstalled the apps (which worked for 10 minutes and then went back to slow motion), restarted the phone (iphone x), cleared all cookies/data/etc., and all of the apps and phone are up to date. Please help I’ve been playing for 4 years and it’s my favorite way to relax from organic chemistry.

Hi Jessy, I don't know what boosters or lives you have on the phone because uninstalling the game and reinstalling it will cause you to lose whatever you have because they are saved to your device.  The only troubleshooting that you haven't tried is to restore the device back to factory settings.  Then install the games again and let me know if this clears it up.  You are the only player that is reporting the opposite of others who say that the game is moving too fast.
